I help soulful entrepreneurs fall in love with their brands through Flow State Creative, The Collective, and Theia wellness space. As a proudly "good enough mum" with a "whatever works" mantra, I embrace beautiful chaos while my kids teach me that curiosity and wonder are the whole point.
Co-hosting Loosely Speaking with my best friends fills my cup completely. I'm here to ask deep questions, explore topics to their edges, and be wonderfully weird and unfiltered – taking conversations to places you didn't know you needed to go.
Between work and mum life, I collect simple joys: Bouddi coastal runs, nostalgic campfires, chocolate pretzel-popcorn snack mixes, crème blush that makes me feel put-together, space documentaries, and those magical dusk moments when the world feels infinite.
